In an effort to make our services more accessable to our community, we are in network with most major PPO insurance plans. We file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients whether your insurance is in network or out of network. We also offer financing options and payment plans through Cherry.
We are unable to accept Indiana Medicaid plans at this time. These plans include The Healthy Indiana Plan, Hoosier Care Connect, Hoosier Healthwise, and Hoosier Rx
